Working at Legacy Ponds has been described as ‘the easiest and the hardest job in the world’. A collaboration between SL and HN have delivered a series of 6-week improvement sprints, to both solve some of the problems on the ground and give people the time, development and support to work in a different way. The Sprints form part of a wider culture change initiative that HN is supporting and have helped change mindsets and build confidence.
