In this current labour market, people are shifting employers more regularly, meaning that you're losing talent and skills as well as money each time this happens. In this 3hr face-to-face workshop, learn some of the reasons why looking after people is going to give your business the edge over other employers. This isn't just about the attraction of talent, but also the retention of the great people you've already got.

We'll be looking at answers to the following questions during the session too:

  • What are the moments that matter in the employee journey that will help keep people loyal (and more engaged) to you?
  • Why should you and your leaders care about how people feel about work?
  • What's it 'really' like to work for your business and how do you know?

This session is led by Heather Grisedale, a Customer and Employee Experience specialist who works for Harrison Network. With over 15 years of practitioner experience in businesses, Heather has a fantastic ability to connect with people at all levels of an organisation. Her passion for improving workplace experience for both employees and customers continues to help organisations flourish.

Heather has spent the majority of her career in customer-facing roles improving experiences, working for large UK and global companies across a range of industries that includes Chemical Distribution, Manufacturing, Motorsport, Tourism, and Construction. In the last 5 years, she has switched her focus to the 'other side of the coin' and moved into employee experience roles, working in Food Manufacturing, Waste Management and Facilities Management. She now works for Harrison Network supporting clients across a variety of sectors to help them to improve their customer and employee experiences.
